Change is an inevitable part of life, yet it often sends shivers down our spines and leaves us feeling uneasy. It is a paradox we all grapple with – why does change make us so uncomfortable? Even positive change can be upsetting to some. This is because a once comfortable way of life, that we’ve been used to, will soon look different.
